Conflicted. On one hand routinely going to bed late gets things done. But on the other it is a form of self sabotage. Mainly in health related goals. It’s harder to have the discipline to train for that marathon without proper rest or just exercise in general. I have also noticed a distinct pattern in my eating habits based on my sleep patterns.
I just asked the girls the problem with getting 3 hours:
-don’t feel like doing stuff you know you need to do.
-bags under your eyes.
So for all of you that have sleep issues, get it together because tho it generally allows more things to get done in the short-term it isn’t good for the long-term.
I have turned over this leaf many times before. And plan to try yet another time. Starting………???? Lol
